What does the job look like?

As a Transport Allocator, you will play a crucial role within the Retail team based in Redbank, QLD, ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
With your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask you will support our team by allocating, route planning, and dispatching deliveries.
This position is a AM (rolling) shift, working 4 days on, 4 days off.
Key areas:
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions and building positive relationships Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules and compliance Maintain regular contact with our customer to keep them updated and well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or changes that will impact them Monitor service schedules for fleet & complete accurate handovers for the PM shift team each day Complete yard checks and meet Safety KPI's Are you the one?

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
