Your Role As part of our Customer Relations, Regulatory and Transformation team reporting into the National Manager, Systemic Issues & Code Governance, your unique contribution and the objective of this role lie in fostering organisational attention towards complaint insights, aiming to pinpoint primary complaint triggers and systemic issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the Australian business landscape (both Direct and Intermediated), you'll translate these insights into actionable strategies to enhance customer experience and service provisions.
Additionally, you'll aid in crafting, executing, and ingraining preventive and interceptive measures to preclude the emergence of complaints.
This is a permanent role open to candidates across all major cities in Australia.
About You Extensive experience in large organisations, preferably in financial services or regulatory bodies, with a previous role in Systemic Issues, adept at driving change through relationships.
Understanding of Australian financial regulations and external complaint landscape, with engagement with AFCA and/or ASIC.
Proficient in AI techniques, especially Natural Language Processing, for analysing unstructured data to detect systemic issues.
Proven ability in delivering technology capabilities and change management through process design and implementation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborating transparently.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, proficient in risk identification and control, with a proven track record of building partnerships to achieve shared objectives.
Tertiary qualification (Bachelors or Advanced Diploma) or relevant associated certification.
