Primary School Receptionist

Seeking a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.Ongoing, full-time role to be worked term time only (212/240 days).An exciting opportunity to work with a team committed to making a difference to the lives of children.About the Role The role of the Primary School Receptionist is to support a learning environment for students.
This role involves welcoming school community members and guests; providing support and hospitality at the Primary School Reception; and delivering a friendly, efficient, confidential, and professional service always, both in person and on the telephone.
About You You are dedicated, passionate, and possess the following:
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail.An understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of matters involved in the role.Experience working in a small and busy team environment with the ability to work well under pressure.The ability to work independently, intuitively, and flexibly.Proven experience establishing good working relationships with students, parents, staff, and the school community.Administration and organisational skills.Communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience utilising a database system, such as Synergetic, is highly regarded.All team members at CGS are required to have:
