You will not be running files and will have less consistent client contact, working with our Queensland Settlement Lead and our junior paralegal team.You will be confident in all things QLD conveyancing and support a team of paralegals throughout the conveyancing journey.
You will leverage your existing experience to solve more difficult problems and mentor the paralegal team daily.At CCA, we are dedicated to improving our client experience and want people who are not afraid to challenge the ordinary.
You will be part of a great team that works closely and collaborates every day, while doing so in a flexible working environment.Your skills and experienceHave at least 5-7 years experience in a high-volume conveyancing environmentLooking to leverage your conveyancing skills into a hands-on training and support roleHave provided support across the full residential conveyancing journey including settlements, contract reviews, contract drafting, stamping, off-the-plan transactions, negotiations with various stakeholders, and liaising with authoritiesHave experience in, or an interest in being trained to work across multiple jurisdictionsFoster a high performing culture of achievement in a growing businessWhat's the offer?We offer competitive salaries that are reviewed annually, standard working hours which provide you a genuine work-life balance, together with additional team member benefits and discounts.
