As a Test Manager, you will lead a small team in a DevOps environment within a large organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAS testing, test automation, and managing teams that implement test automation.
This role requires strong people management skills and the ability to plan and execute testing programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small team of test engineers.
Oversee test automation processes and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct SAS testing and ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and execute test plans and strategies in a DevOps environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Utilize statistical programming languages such as SAS, Python, and R for testing and data analysis.
Ensure the team is proficient in one or more test automation tools.
Plan and manage program schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
What do I need?

Proven experience as a Test Manager in a large organization.
Strong background in SAS testing and test automation like Selenium, Appium, Jenkins.
Experience managing teams and leading test automation projects.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, Python, and R. Familiarity with various test automation tools.
Experience in a DevOps environment within a large organization is preferred.
Excellent program planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
