About the Role We're seeking a skilled and proactive CargoWise One Specialist to manage and enhance our CargoWise One platform.
You'll be the go-to person for system support, training, and troubleshooting while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and configurations.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, internal customer service skills, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for CargoWise One user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors.Provide first-line and escalated support for CargoWise One-related queries.Respond promptly to support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Deliver training sessions on CargoWise One functionalities and best practices.Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs.Support CargoWise-based projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Identify and implement opportunities to optimize system workflows and configurations.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CargoWise One into business processes.Liaise with external vendors or CargoWise support for advanced technical assistance.What We're Looking For Experience A minimum of 2-3 years in freight forwarding.Proven hands-on operational experience with CargoWise One.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of CargoWise One forwarding modules.CargoWise One certification or advanced knowledge of its functions (advantageous but not essential).Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proven ability to identify and implement process optimizations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer Competitive Salary.
