Working within our Bank Technology division, you'll drive the continuous evolution of our technology platforms that power our digital banking services where your leadership will be crucial in guiding agile delivery teams, ensuring our technology investments align with AMP Bank's aggressive growth strategy to double its market share. You'll have direct influence over critical technology decisions that enable our branchless digital banking model, working closely with diverse stakeholders to transform how we deliver value to our customers through innovative banking solutions.What you will bring to the roleAs the ideal candidate, you'll bring a demonstrated, deep technical experience in business systems analysis, technology architecture or development, complemented by hands-on agile delivery expertise. Your proven track record in leading multi-workstream projects and extensive knowledge of software development lifecycles will be essential in this role along with your strategic mindset and commercial acumen, helping translate business needs into technical solutions, while your coaching abilities will strengthen our agile culture.
