Role Overview:As Senior Structural Engineer with this incredibly successful consultancy, you'll take on a crucial role that involves working independently as a Project lead engineer across multiple sectors.
Your technical prowess in timber, steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and retention design will be essential, and familiarity with post-tensioning (PT) would be a plus, although not mandatory.
Mentoring is a key component of this role, as you'll be guiding and supporting graduate-level to project-level teams on all technical aspects.
Your strong communication skills will shine as you interact with clients, providing them with design alternatives to enhance efficiency and feasibility.
You'll confidently lead client and project meetings, bringing your expertise to the forefront.
Apart from your engineering capabilities, you'll also showcase your project management skills.
Managing project budgets, invoicing, and reporting will be part of your responsibilities.
