Full Stack Developer

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about front-end architecture and delivering excellent user experiences.

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you'll be responsible for designing and developing world-class front-end experiences for our e-commerce applications, primarily using React UI and NextJS.
You will also work closely with UI/UX experts to create responsive, visually engaging web applications.
Key Responsibilities Architect and develop top-tier front-end solutions for web applications, primarily using React UI and NextJS.Collaborating within an agile team alongside UI/UX designers, implementing React components that bring designs to life within the NextJS framework.Guiding and mentoring front-end developers, fostering skill growth and ensuring high-quality development standards.Driving front-end technical architecture and leading solution design to improve the user experience.Partnering with cross-functional teams to manage SEO, CRO, and A/B testing strategies effectively.Maintaining and enhancing design systems using Storybook to support scalable, reusable component design.About You 5+ years' experience in Front-End Development, with advanced skills in React and NextJS.
Prior experience in Front-End Development within a retail environment is highly desirableExpertise in front-end architecture, especially in e-commerce platforms.Strong knowledge of agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and a deep understanding of digital design principles.Experience working with design systems (Storybook) and collaborating with UI/UX experts.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams.About us With more than 290+ stores and 2500+ employees nationally and a brand-new state-of-the-art distribution centre, we are Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear, owning and operating some of Australia's most iconic brands including Bobux, The Trybe, Midas, Mollini, Cinori, Mathers, Williams, Diana Ferrari, and Australia's largest online footwear retailer, Styletread
