An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Miranda
You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst supporting the Store Manager to foster an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.
This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

You will : Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling cultureDeliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and stylingEnsure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standardsComplete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial managementGo the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beachMentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brandYou have : Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management, or Supervisor roleA proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to successExceptional people skills and a positive attitudeA love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your teamWe offer : Generous discounts on Seafolly productExtra day off for your birthdayGreat work culture in a passionate team environmentThe opportunity to be an ambassador for Australia's most loved swimwear brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
