We are driven by our five core values: partnership, freedom to act, entrepreneurship, integrity & trust, and financial discipline.Position Overview:This role will play an integral part in working closely with our supply chain partners and our internal teams, driving continual improvement and developing the overall effectiveness of the business operational platform.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, the Salesforce administrator acts as the primary contact for user needs, including ad hoc inquiries, troubleshooting, performance feedback, and business operations, while also driving ongoing improvements in technology and product solutions.
Additionally, the administrator will provide regular training sessions for users.Key Responsibilities:User & Data Lifecycle ManagementHandles account setup and accessAble to manage account and contact transfers in SalesforceMass data uploadingSF licenses forecastingOther ad-hoc reportsRelease ManagementUser Acceptance testing new releasesFacilitate sharing of information with local Salesforce key usersStakeholder Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with business teams to identify business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the enhancement of software development and solution design practicesFacilitate Collaborative WorkshopsCreate engaging training content, including user stories, process flows, and functional specificationsSupport ongoing training and knowledge sharing initiativesAbout You:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related fieldExperience with CRM systems, ideally SalesforceStrong understanding of CRM functionalities, administration, and relevant tools (including CPQ)Proficient in data management techniques, including migration, cleansing, and batch operationsAbility to analyse data and troubleshoot technical issuesFamiliarity with data integration tools and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyStrong collaboration and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in delivering training and providing user support with patience and empathyUnderstanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutionsAwareness of industry best practices, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to improvementAdvantageous Skills: Knowledge and understanding of HSEQ and Supply Chain aspectsIn Return You Will:Join an inclusive, supportive and diverse team.Work alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment that will offer opportunities to develop your career.Additional Benefits: Free onsite parking, fitness subsidy, quarterly incentives, salary continuance insurance, and monthly on-site massages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
