Key Responsibilities Provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents according to their care plansAssist with daily living needs while respecting individual preferences and privacyReport any changes in residents' well-being to the Registered/Enrolled NurseMaintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standardsWork collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centered careSupport residents' independence and monitor individual requirementsKey Performance Areas Personal & Professional Development: Ongoing learning to meet role requirements and industry standardsCustomer Service: Deliver courteous, respectful, and dignified careDocumentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date recordsTechnical Skills: Provide hands-on care as per team standards and resident needsTeamwork & Communication: Work harmoniously within the team and provide orientation support to new staffContinuous Improvement: Actively participate in quality improvement and safety activitiesMinimum Requirements Certificate III in Aged CareUnderstanding of aged care-related issuesCurrent National Police CertificateExperience in aged care environmentsItalian-speaking abilityWhy Join Us?
