As a Senior Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving successful project outcomes that contribute to client satisfaction and organizational growth.
Your ability to navigate client needs, manage expectations, and deliver results are critical in driving positive outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.
Main Responsibilities Lead the planning and coordination of enterprise-level projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clientsFacilitate communication and collaboration between clients and project teams, ensuring alignment of goals, priorities, and expectationsUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsTrack and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisServe as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the projectMaintain our project management methodology, comprehensive documentation, strict governance, processes, templates, and tools to be used across all projects within the organizationPrompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issuesIdentify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery and client satisfactionEnsure all project resources maintain high level performance and accountable for resource utilization of the project team.
Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects to ensure optimal use of resources (e.g., personnel, budget, equipment)Securing financial growth opportunities by initiating new projects Skills and Experience Required: Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by MS DynamicsProven track record of successfully managing Microsoft D365 projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographiesExperience managing and delivering enterprise-level projectsSome depth and experience in HomebuilderONE solution/building/construction industry is ideal but not necessaryExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
