The Opportunity
We are seeking a civil Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects.
Reporting to the Civil Program Manager, you will provide end-to-end project management and technical leadership during the project life cycle.
You will manage a dynamic project team to achieve profitability of projects through reaching time, cost, and quality targets.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to project manage the Orana BESS, a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in central-west NSW.
With a capacity of 415MW and 1660MWh of storage, this innovative project will play a key role in supporting the Central-Orana Renewable Energy Zone and enhancing the region's energy capacity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum of 7 years civil project management experience (bulk earthworks highly regarded) Demonstrated senior leadership experience Ability to plan, monitor and control project activities with a focus on client requirements, productivity, cost, and quality High-level business and commercial acumen Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering will be highly regarded Flexibility to travel as required Why Join Us?
