Community Experience Associate

The Community Associate is the front face for our customer experience representative welcoming and greeting everyone, ensuring the best possible experience for our members & guests.
The Community Associate will report directly to the Moca Community Experience Manager and will interact and collaborate with the Community team.
The Community Experience Associate will seek out information and build knowledge of Moca standard processes and procedures.
Daily displays critical thinking and an ability to identify trends and patterns and champions the implementation of process changes and new ideas.
Required SkillsGreet and check-in members, while creating a welcoming & collaborative environment amongst our members.Covers the front desk during business hours.Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase space sales.Effectively utilize Bookings Management System to ensure a smooth check-in process.Alert to unusual/suspicious activity and escalating or supporting appropriately.Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.Appropriately handle queries from Moca members & guests.Assist with set-up of events, including onsite event management.Manage space facility in coordination with the onsite team.Attend regular team training and professional development.Complete additional projects, assignment rotations, and duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsExperience in a customer experience-oriented position.Very good spoken & written English and Arabic language capabilities.Computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite and Web.Organizational and task prioritization experience.Must be able to work within a team and/or independently.Charismatic, passionate, and has good communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving.Level of Experience: 1+ year
