This is an opportunity to join a team that has been operating for over 20 years
With the largest market share and strongest Property Management team, this office prides itself on strong customer service and honest information.
Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing Property Management division, this is a role for a talented individual to be the face and voice of a local-based portfolio – we need someone who enjoys being out and about
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting a team with a strong reputation.
Working across a portfolio all based in the East and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for:

Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License & driver's license/Car essential Experience in Real Estate is preferred not essential Immaculately presented and well-groomed Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
