We believe in taking a "hands-on" and pragmatic approach to supporting customers through their journey.As a Senior SAP EWM Consultant, your role encompasses an array of responsibilities crucial to the seamless functioning of supply chain operations. Your primary tasks involve optimising clients' warehouse operations by leading the deployment of SAP EWM solutions, offering insightful consulting to both internal and external stakeholders on warehouse management processes, and integrating EWM with other SAP modules and associated technologies. Your expertise extends to warehouse processes, system design, configuration, and deployment, facilitating end-to-end supply chain transactions within SAP environments and supervision of an implementation team. In joining the team, you will play an instrumental part in building FourPL's Logistics Execution consulting practice.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Consultant role will include the ability to support a range of engagements through the consulting lifecycle including:Engaging with Customers to understand and determine their objectives for improvement and optimisation of logistics operationsArticulating requirements and potential solutions to achieve these objectivesAnalysing requirements and giving advice on the use of systems according to project objectivesLeading system design, configuration, and development of end-to-end supply chain transactions in SAPCoordinating, directing, and overseeing work done by Consultants/Jr. Consultants as applicableProviding support to FourPL Principals and Program & Project Managers regarding project scoping, resourcing, reporting, prioritization, progress, and issue/risk resolutionEnsuring documentation of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned on a client engagementProviding technical and functional expertise as required to customers during the engagementIdentifying potential clients and building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential customersProviding after-sales support as requiredConducting interviews with client management to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks, and controls (including preparation of interview notes).Identifying, developing, and documenting issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.PRE-REQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 7 years of SAP experience in SAP Logistics ModulesAt least 5 full cycles of end-to-end SAP EWM implementation experienceClear understanding of warehouse operational business processes, including sales order and purchase order management, ATP, complex batch determination, delivery, complex picking, put-away and replenishment strategies, packing, dispatching, and inventory management and optimization.Ability to influence others to adopt best practices in warehousing operationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExposure to other logistics and supply chain processes, such as transportation planning and execution is a bonusExposure to template development and roll-out is a bonusExposure to SAP WM and MM modules a bonusSo why work for FourPL Pty Ltd?We know you have choices, but as a leader in the field, we offer an excellent remuneration package together with many benefits, which include:An opportunity to make a real difference to our clients by bringing not only your technical solution expertise but also your well-rounded logistics execution experienceThe opportunity to grow as a professional, including the chance to cross-skill in other WMS and logistics execution solutions such as Blue Yonder and SAP WMAn awesome team of people to work with, passionate about successAs we expect to be the best, we provide access to intensive training to ensure we stay aheadThe opportunity to contribute to supply chain leadership through our customer forums, partner forums, and membership.Most importantly, we want to be known for our culture where you choose to work for us because you are valued, respected, and enjoy working with us.RemunerationDepending on your skills and experience, a generous remuneration package will be offered.About FourPL Pty LtdFourPL Pty Ltd is recognized through our awards as one of the leading Supply Chain and Procurement consultancies in Australia, working with many leading Blue Chip and public sector organizations.
