Project and Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Piping Designer with significant OpenPlant experience.
The role is Perth CBD based, residing in the client's project office. The project is within the iron ore sector, where you will work on multiple scopes for a tier 1 mining client.
Some of these responsibilities include:
Produce piping designs and deliverables.Provide technical support and advice to the discipline team and project teams, participate in peer reviews, and consult relevant resources as required.Identify issues and problems; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Highly effective technical and practical design and drafting skills and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate work.Ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated capability of performing full range of piping design.What Experience Do You Need? Previous experience with iron ore projects ideal.10 years of piping design experience or more.Strong experience with Microstation and OpenPlant.What are we offering?
