Job Title: Activity Leader
Salary: £6.40-£11.44 depending on age and experience
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday
Reporting to: Club Manager
Location: Lindfield, West Sussex

Overview:
As an experienced Childcare Activity Leader, you are a central part of the team, specifically responsible for working at Afterschool Club delivering engaging and fun activities to the children in our care.

You will lead in all aspects of the club, including the delivery of activities, during high-tea and at transitioning times.
You will ensure that you are an excellent role model and meet the standards expected to deliver our high-quality childcare.

Key features:
Ensure children are happy and engaged in their activities Ensure the safety and well-being of the children Build effective relationships with children and your colleagues Lead a range of activities for children of all ages Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to Attend regular training and development opportunities Deputise for the Club Manager when necessary Key tasks and responsibilities:
Actively supporting your club: Lead a range of activities independently, for children of all ages and abilities Supervise and lead outdoor play Lead Holding Activities Manage high tea Work with HEWs and Club Managers: Understand Club timings and help to resolve issues Lead first aid incidents when necessary Have a strong knowledge of safeguarding and prevent Plan activities with differentiation Be secure in the Pioneer Curriculum and our values What we offer:
