About the Role
As the Principal Agent, you will lead and grow the practice, taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations and setting the strategic direction.
You'll work with an advanced system (Property Me), though we are looking for someone who is eager to implement improvements and streamline processes.
Your role will focus on delivering outstanding client service, driving new business, and capitalising on our strong referral network.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will benefit from commission-based earnings on successful deals.
Responsibilities Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Consult with clients on market conditions, prices, financing, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.Manage property auctions and exchanges.Maintain and update listings of available properties.Develop networks and cooperate with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and contractors.Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.Maintain and expand upon industry knowledge including best practices, pricing, land zoning updates, and recent deals.Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient progress of lease and sale contracts in a deal.What Can We Offer?
