About the role: Our offices will be closed during the Christmas / New Year period.
All applications will be reviewed in the new year, with the position commencing from January 2025. We are looking for our next Senior Strata Manager to join our Brisbane team.
The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMSBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholdersManaging correspondence via phone and written communicationsPreparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutesAttending meetings, both committee and generalEnsuring your portfolio remains compliant with compliance-related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety, and other relevant legislative requirementsAssisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistantAbout you: The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata ManagerExperience with BMS and layered schemesBe conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTAHave strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilitiesPossess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skillsExperience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essentialIn return the role offers: A supportive team environment with great company cultureAttractive salary and bonuses that reflect your experienceOngoing training and professional developmentAccess to a flexible work environmentWe would love to have you join our Brisbane CBD team
