Business Insights Architect

Business Analyst with a blend of project management, Scrum, and change management expertise plays a crucial role in driving successful project outcomes.
This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst facilitates effective communication and ensures requirements are translated into functional specifications.
With foundational Scrum skills, they contribute to Agile processes, support sprint planning, and aid in backlog refinement.
Additionally, they help manage change by assessing impacts, preparing teams for transitions, and fostering stakeholder buy-in to minimise disruption.Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to facilitate visual interpretation of data from multiple sources and use this information to develop data driven solutions as per the client's requirements. Responsibilities Develop valuable insights from multiple data sources as per client requirementsCustomer engagement and requirements gatheringUnderstand customer needs and objectives, technology trends and requirements to define how data will be seen as final output.Develop wireframes, prototypes, use cases in order to demonstrate the final data output as required by the customer.Analyse, propose and implement the data technology and tools used for data visualization.Provide solutioning of RFPs received from clients and ensure the final data output is as per business needs.Validate the solution/prototype from technology, cost structure and customer differentiation point of view.Design and Implementation of data visual aspectsArchitect and build data visualization capabilities to produce classical BI dashboards and solutions.Create the solutions by using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, variety of data tools, data models and data semantics.Contribute to the design and implementation of the data platform architecture related to data visualization needs.Collaborate with other data architects to establish and run a data governance processes.Manage metadata, semantic layer data on data domains and other enterprise data assets.Identify problem areas and perform root cause analysis of overall data flow and provide relevant solutions to the problem.Enable Pre-Sales TeamSupport pre-sales team while presenting the entire data design and its principles to the client.Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure all requirements are met and create visual data output as proposed.Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor.Capability Building and Team ManagementEnsure completion of necessary trainings and certifications.Develop and present a point of view of Wipro on data visualization concepts and architect by writing white papers, blogs etc.Be the voice of Wipro's Thought Leadership by speaking in forums (internal and external).Mentor developers, designers and Junior architects for their further career development and enhancement.Anticipate new talent requirements as per the market/ industry trends or client requirements.Hire adequate and right resources for the team.Contribute to the data visualization practice by conducting selection interviews etc.Stakeholder Interaction Stakeholder TypeStakeholder IdentificationPurpose of InteractionInternalDelivery teams-onshore and OffshoreReview of architectural process, escalation management, issue resolution.Pre-sales teamFor solutioning and architectural design purpose.Business AnalystsFor requirements gathering.Data Visualization TeamFor project delivery.Data Testing TeamFor testing purpose.Data Architects and Data EngineersFor Data related inputs and queries.ClientEngagement, Relationship Management and Servicing.Competencies Required Functional Competencies/ SkillDomain/Industry Knowledge - Awareness and knowledge of broad economic, demographic, technological and global trends within own ecosystem - ExpertMarket Intelligence - Deep specialized understanding of the ecosystem practice, overall market & competition and nuances of delivery in that domain - MasterSystems Thinking - Understanding of the Wipro system (interrelatedness, interdependencies and boundaries) and perform problem solving in a complex environment - ExpertLeveraging Technology - In-depth knowledge of and mastery over ecosystem technology that commands expert authority respect, understanding of data models , and visualization best practices and Tools - MasterBehavioural Competencies Strategic perspectiveTechnology AcumenQuantitative analysisManaging ComplexityClient centricityExecution excellenceVisual PerspectivePerformance Metrics No.Performance ParameterMeasure1.Project DeliveryQuality of design/ architecture, delivery as per cost, quality and timeline.2.Capability development% trainings and certifications completed, mentor technical teams, Contribution to Proposal, RFPs etc.3.Team ManagementTeam attrition %, Employee satisfaction score. #J-18808-Ljbffr
