Perth based role - Hybrid working model (3 days per week in office) - Permanent or 12 months contract opportunityWork as a ServiceNow Architect with a Global leading Consulting firm on one of their established Perth based projects.Responsibilities include:Work with the customers - Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.Brainstorm with the customer and bring out the requirements beneficial to them.Design and architecture for the new implementation and development of ServiceNow applications.Provide guidance and leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Skills required include:Experience working as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, ITOM modulesExperienced in leading at least 2 Implementation projects in ITSM area and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and ImplementationsDesign technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standardsMust be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundationTo be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Ian Cardinal on or email: / and quote the above job reference number.#J-18808-Ljbffr
