Job Description
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain accurate records and databases for reporting and compliance.
Assist with logistics for events and initiatives.
Support program staff with resource management and general administrative tasks.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
