We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer service-focused person to join our supportive team as an Administration Officer.
This full-time position involves being the primary point of contact for staff and clients while supporting office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional to expand their skills and branch into the construction materials industry.
You will work with an innovative company that prides itself on delivering reliable and consistently high-quality service to its customers.
Responsibilities Managing calls, mail, and deliveries.General office duties including ordering of office supplies, staff amenities, uniforms, and PPE.Reconciling and posting Raw Materials in Command Akon.Handling data entry and assisting with raising and receipting of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.What you will need to succeed Previous administration and customer service experience.Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite.SAP experience beneficial.Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.Our business Hy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.
