A private, family-owned company, Fletcher International processes lamb and sheep meat products, wool and sheep skins, and markets a diverse range of high-quality by-products.The expansion of the company's farming interests has continued to increase the degree of vertical integration across the business.
These interests have strengthened the livestock supply chain while providing a source of quality crossbred lambs consistently throughout the year.
Secondly, the grain produced at the company's properties is sold directly to end users in export markets.Here at Fletcher's, our people are our strength.

With this highly skilled workforce, the company is well equipped to continue to deliver high-quality, safe products to international markets.About the roleThis is a full time position (Salary negotiable).We are looking for a C10 Tradesperson to install, test, connect, commission, maintain, and modify electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems.
Registration or licensing is required.Your work will be varied and challenging, and the successful applicant will be required to work under pressure and meet strict maintenance deadlines in an industrial environment.
As we are a meat processing facility, your role will require you to come into contact with animal waste and by-products.
An advanced knowledge and all-round ability to carry out a variety of electrical work will be required; industrial experience is favored.The role will also involve preventative and breakdown maintenance operations for a large production processing plant and commodities storage and freight terminal.Skills and experienceApplicants will need to possess recent experience in electrical work, carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment such as generators, RCD testing, and general electrical maintenance.The suitable applicant will demonstrate abilities in:Commitment to WHS policies and proceduresTrade qualifications (Certificate III)Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to work weekends as requiredGood communication skillsHow to apply:Please complete and submit a Fletcher International Exports application form for your application to be processed.
