Takenpakket :
Als Field Service Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan activiteiten:
Je analyseert storingen en voert herstelwerkzaamheden uit om de continuïteit van machines te garanderen.
Je bent betrokken bij het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en servicebeurten om klanten te ondersteunen.
Door machines in bedrijf te stellen, zorg je ervoor dat klanten efficiënt en zonder problemen aan de slag kunnen.
Het geven van gebruikersinstructies en technische trainingen aan klanten valt onder jouw expertise.
Je assisteert bij het opbouwen en installeren van machines tijdens beurzen en open dagen.
Door contact met klanten te onderhouden, fungeer je als het visitekaartje van het bedrijf en bouw je aan langdurige relaties.
Je werkt samen met interne en externe specialisten om complexe problemen te analyseren en op te lossen.
Met regelmatige rapportages houd je overzicht over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en prestaties.
Als Field Service Engineer herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:
Je hebt een technische opleiding op middelbaar niveau of hoger afgerond.
Technisch inzicht en ervaring met CNC-machines zijn een sterke troef.
Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels en bent klantgericht ingesteld.
Probleemoplossend vermogen, nauwkeurigheid en een zelfstandige werkhouding typeren jou.
Je bent een teamspeler die graag meedenkt en flexibel inzetbaar is.
