This may include working closely with Professional Services, Operations and Sales.Drive customers to book training and consultation time, to ensure the implementation does not stall.
Backlogs of unscheduled time are reviewed periodically so customers do not 'fall through the cracks'.Collaborate with the Implementation Coordinator Team Lead to ensure global resource bandwidth needs are shared and addressed, as well as systems and processes are kept agile and up to date.What You'll BringAdept at managing logistical and scheduling data, including multiple global time zones.Competent with resource planning and utilization.Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not required.Can work collaboratively with the other APAC and global Coordinators.Support the business across all products and regions.Personality aligned with jumping in and learning new systems/processes.Core values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, & Clockshark employees:While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
