About the role
A private household is seeking an Experienced Housekeeper to join our family in Phillip Bay NSW 2036.
This is a part-time role paid at a full time rate for the right person.
This will see you working as a key member of our family, responsible for ensuring our new house is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly cleaning all rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, wiping all skirting boards and vacuumed and mopped floors to name a few
Cleaning and maintaining external areas such as the pool cabana, spotless windows and frames, and external house kept clean
Replenishing and organizing cleaning supplies and equipment
Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Ensuring you have an excellent eye for detail to ensure everything is clean before it needs doing
Ensuring sometimes the family pets are taken care of
Pressure wash outside areas
Skills in the garden is an added bonus
Occasional house sitting when away for work
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and thoroughly
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A friendly approach who gets the job done without needing to chat
The ability to work independently and without encroaching on the family as sometimes work is carried out at home
Fluency in English
Ability to adapt to extra jobs added to the list
Not often but occasionally prep food for meals or run errands such as dry cleaning or food shopping

We need the house to look spotless at all times especially when guest come over without notice, so need to be clean and ready to go
