Throughout their meteoric growth they have still managed to maintain the family values culture that drives the organisation and gives them one of the highest staff retention rates in the industry.Working across some of the largest rail projects in Australia, their rail team is highly regarded and has a rare opening for a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager to join the ranks.
This role can be based in Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane.The RoleFollowing further project wins to build upon their already healthy pipeline of rail projects, we require a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager with strong project delivery experience to support the delivery of major rail projects nationally.You will play a key role in developing the local rail branch offering and wider national division, overseeing high-quality design and project delivery the business is known for.
Guiding engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.You will be supported by a talented, experienced rail team, a great brand, and a well-respected and united leadership team.Candidate CriteriaTo be successful in the role you will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering, plus a background in project management and design on rail track and associated civil works design projects.
Your technical skills will be supported by your well-honed stakeholder management and communication skills.
