The primary responsibility is to deliver first-class services to our patrons, ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.Key Areas of Responsibility Include:Provide excellent customer service to all customersMaintain the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenish condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centre's services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
