Building on the strength of our teams, we personalise expert solutions to break new ground and reimagine hospitality to inspire new ways to experience the world.PurposeAs the Injury Management and Prevention Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Rehabilitation and Return to Work processes while providing Work Health and Safety (WHS) administration across hotels and locations within the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio.Reporting to the Director of Work Health and Safety – Apartments & Realty, this role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong administrative and organizational skills, preferably with experience in injury management and a solid understanding of Workers Compensation legislation.The RoleFull-time, fixed-term position until February 2026Can be based anywhere in Australia, reporting remotely to the Director of Work Health and Safety located on the Gold CoastFlexible working arrangements available, including work-from-home or hybrid setups, depending on locationOccasional travel may be requiredSupporting teams across Australia and New Zealand within the Accor Apartments & Realty networkKey ResponsibilitiesComplete administrative tasks related to injury management, prevention, and compliance with state legislative requirements.Acting as the initial point of contact for injured workers.Assisting with claims and rehabilitation documentation to meet both internal and external needs.Supporting incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions.Contributing to safety and engagement initiatives across the Apartments & Realty portfolio.Skills and ExperiencePrevious exposure to Injury Management and prevention within a previous role.Innate ability to form productive relationships with key stakeholders and across all levels of the organisation.Effective negotiation and influencing skills to deliver results.Preferable experience in a corporate or shared service delivery centre.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suites.Exceptional communication and organisational skills.WHS and legislative compliance knowledge.An ability to work independently, with initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality results.Face to face is not always possible so your ability to connect and maintain relationships by phone and email is key.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
