Our pharmacy is conveniently located in the Galleria Shopping Centre and for the right person we will offer a great salary package.
Key responsibilities of this role include: Lead, mentor and develop the whole pharmacy team. Drive a positive culture and workplace environment. Ensure smooth operations of the entire pharmacy. Drive a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience. Maintain a high-level provision of professional services. Effective delivery of all services and consultations with a Patient Centric Focus. Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines. Manage and exceed all QCPP requirements. Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business, whilst creating strategic ways to grow. Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent). Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required. Current Immunisation Certification and completion of all required immunisation training. Current First Aid Certificate. Strong and effective communication skills. Experience in leading and developing others. Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies. Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills. Goal Orientated. Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
