Ideally, you will have experience in oil & gas, although experiences across manufacturing, infrastructure or heavy industry is also valued.The role offers an opportunity to be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary engineering team, working with a diverse range of clients on brownfields projects and new builds.

Success in this role will see you offer:Deliver project requirements according to agreed schedules consistent with Verbrec and clients quality standards.Maintain mechanical engineering standards across all projects.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and peers.Recommend improvements to engineering systems and processes.Continuously develop industry networks and contacts.Have an opinion, challenge the norm, and provide constructive feedback wherever possible.We are AgileThis allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don't get bogged down in bureaucracy.
We get that the 9-5 isn't for everyone, and we're open to hear what works for you.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Experience in a range of mechanical engineering skills, particularly piping and pressure vessel design, and analysis of static equipment.Experience to carry out mechanical engineering design and documentation from concept through to construction stage.Experience working in oil and gas facilities or similar heavy or manufacturing industries.Experience in development, application, and preservation of engineering and design standards, systems and processes.Experience using PVElite and AutoPIPE or other equivalent design software.Experience generating engineering estimates and quotations.The ability to work independently on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.A Mechanical or Mechatronics degree or equivalent experience/qualifications (mandatory).If you are a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for delivering engineering excellence and want a to work in a collaborative team environment with varied clients and projects, apply today.Our Vision - Meeting the future by engineering transformative solutions through full project and asset lifecycles.Our Promise to You - We believe in passionate and innovative people delivering our success.
