You will oversee the efficient running of the Human Resources Department. Your proven experience and passion for Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Support and Succession Planning will ensure your success.Responsibilities will include:Managing employment change initiatives including communicationsProviding practical advice on HR/IR matters across the businessEmployee relations - support leaders to proactively manage workplace issues, grievances and disputesWork with the broader HR team to build and deliver key HR solutions and initiativesTalent management - advising on all aspects of talent management, including succession planning and talent developmentPlanning - reviewing organisational needs to ensure people and development strategies are alignedPreparing and advising on employment contractsOverseeing payroll processing and approvalEngaging in HR projects more broadly across the People and Culture team environmentAssisting HSE department as requiredEnsuring appropriate strategies are in place to support a workplace that promotes health safety and well-beingSelection Criteria:Minimum of 10 years' experience with proven HR leadership skillsAbility to coach, develop and influenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood project management skills with the ability to support organisational changeSound Industrial Relations/Employee Relations knowledge and experienceAbility to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environmentDegree or equivalent in HR, IR or a related fieldIf you are seeking a diverse, challenging and fulfilling career that offers leadership development and a dynamic, collaborative team environment, please click the "Apply" tab below to submit your resume in Word format.
