The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team as a Field Service Technician in Melbourne.

Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:
ResponsibilitiesHands on role delivering high quality electrical and mechanical supportContract repair, preventative maintenance, installations and emergency breakdown services for Dematic customers in the Melbourne regionParticipation in the on-call roster and flexibility to work overtime including some weekendsFlexible to work day and afternoon shifts as part of the work roster.What We Are Looking ForExperience in troubleshooting/problem solving equipment faultsStrong customer focus and quality service deliveryAustralian Electrical trade licence (mandatory)PLC experience in Siemens S7 and Scada WIN CC is idealExperience in automation (conveyors) and material handling equipment highly regardedExperience in computerised maintenance systems (CMMS)Experience in mechanical and pneumatic systemsExperience in hydraulic systems an advantageAbility to work unsupervised, make decisions and be results drivenStrong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practicesCurrent driver's license mandatoryExcellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skillsHow to ApplyTo apply for this position, please click the ' Apply for this job ' button and submit a copy of your resume.As part of the recruitment process, suitable applicants will be required to complete police background checks and pre-employment medical testing including drug and alcohol screening.Dematic is committed to providing equal employment opportunity in all areas of employment including recruitment, selection, promotion, training etc.
