Management Consultant Manager In Sydney

We're looking for management consultants with at least two years of professional services experience to work in a flexible and empowering environment, solving problems as a proactive force for good.Grosvenor is a reputable management consulting firm that provides strategic advice to help public and private sector clients solve complex, high-profile problems. Our environment is very collaborative, and we have people in the office three days a week.We are looking for candidates that have the right cultural and experiential fit with Grosvenor. The ideal applicants will demonstrate:experience in at least one of the following areas:• property / corporate real estate advisory• procurement / contract management• public sector advisory (strategy, operating models, change management, program evaluation, governance and/or service delivery improvement)strong problem-solving skillsa relentless focus on quality thinkinghigh attention to detaila growth mindset, underpinned by a willingness to learn and admit mistakeswillingness to participate, support and encourage your teammatesexperience managing multiple priorities and deadlinesexperience delivering successful projects on behalf of clients, including managing multiple projectsstrong communication (both written and oral) and stakeholder engagement skillsthe ability to quickly build lasting, trusting relationships with our team and clients, demonstrating impeccable soft skills and emotional intelligence to understand and adapt to changing situations quicklya flexible, friendly, proactive, and fun attitudeWe are a firm that genuinely cares about our staff, and that offers real work-life flexibility.
