Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency.
These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications.
Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.
You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Job Summary:

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member.
Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items.
Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics.
Handles client relationships, confirming effective communication.
Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise.
Directs process redesign efforts.
Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality.
Provides recommendations to change activities to confirm business adoption and provides effective user training.
Manages the complete project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery.
Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a comprehensive set of requirements.
Provides in-depth knowledge of the Workday application.
Demonstrates experience in use of Workday in a support/AMS environment.
Documents the business requirements.
Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application.
Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand business problems.
Familiar with and experienced in core application functionality, implementation methodology, and application technology stack.
Experience:
3+ years experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
3+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday solutions.
Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and Time Calculations.
Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
