IntroductionThis is an exciting opportunity for an Events and Sponsorship Coordinator to join our highly regarded Business Development team in Melbourne.
Please note that we may also consider exceptional candidates from Sydney.Do you consider yourself a people person with the skills required to communicate effectively with various stakeholders?Are you looking to develop your skills in a supportive team environment and coordinate events from intimate round tables to large industry events?If the answers are yes, this role may be just what you are looking forDescriptionThe RoleFB Rice is searching for an experienced Events and Sponsorship Coordinator to provide an exceptional client experience, internally and externally, via events and sponsorships that deliver on the team purpose.This is a full time, permanent position.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Providing all event management tasks to a best practice standard from conception to completion including but not limited to planning, implementation and debrief, as well as event invitation and registration processes.Supporting the Business Development team through the implementation and maintenance of agreed Sponsorships with a focus on maximising ROI.Liasing with external suppliers to assist on the delivery of events and sponsorships.Being a brand advocate, by utilising, and promoting our brand assets.Being the voice of the client within FB Rice and overall champion of internal and external client experience.Assisting the Senior Advisor, Marketing & Communications on branding and marketing tasks as required.
