Position Title: Program Director
Day Rate: Up to $1600 per day excluding super
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Location: Macquarie Park (3 days pw onsite)
The Program Director will ensure the strategic program objectives are met while overseeing multiple project workstreams on a day-to-day basis, identifying gaps and roadblocks as they appear, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them and escalating impacts to Steering Committee as required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive program strategies in alignment with organisational goals.Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, sponsors, and clients.Monitor program performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.Identify and mitigate risks to program success, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.Represent the organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and public forums as needed.About You: Proven experience leading the delivery and implementation of enterprise scale M&A divestment programsDemonstrated experience directing the delivery of programs within the telecommunications industry is highly advantageousStrong track record in leading whole of organisation and end-to-end implementations of major transformation/change/improvement programs across large complex organisationsProven ability to persuade, motivate and engage a broad range of internal and external stakeholders influential to the program's success, such as the Executive Leadership TeamIf you feel this opportunity matches your skills and previous experiences, please apply with your CV.
