Bakery Wrappers

Rotating roster which will include early mornings, late nights and weekend work.Seasonal CasualDaily tasks and responsibilities: Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items.Moves product filled oven racks.
Un-trays product from baking pans onto packaging.
Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements; stacks used baking pans on pan dollies.Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheets.Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual.Uses racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets.
Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.Assists with other bakery duties as needed.Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.Completes and complies with Costco policies of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all Safety training required by warehouse and department.Assists with monthly inventory.Non-Essential Functions and Tasks: Assists with front end duties as necessary.Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.*Heavy lifting required in this role* Job Ref: AU2733W.000344
