Maintenance Coordinator, Queensland HealthThere is an exciting full time opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator in Gladstone
Be responsible for the coordination and supervision of minor new works, repairs and maintenance to all buildings within the Gladstone Health Service.
Manage, direct and coordinate the building trade/contractors and ground maintenance resources to provide a reliable and effective planning and maintenance service to all clients within the Health Service.

Our Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders strategy will see Gladstone Hospital developed as a centre for emergency care, medical inpatient and day surgery excellence.
This will optimise outreach services to deliver care closer to home in the Gladstone and Banana rural communities.
About the role:The position is responsible for the coordination and supervision of minor new works, repairs and maintenance to all buildings within the Gladstone Health Service.
The Maintenance Coordinator is to manage, direct and coordinate the building trade/contractors and ground maintenance resources to provide a reliable and effective planning and maintenance service to all clients within the Health Service.
About you:While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.Ability to develop and utilise a maintenance planning framework that facilitates effective and efficient maintenance management.Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and the ability to work autonomously as a member of a high performing work team within a service environment and proven ability to deliver outcomes within allocated timeframes.Ability to maintain maintenance management and asset management databases to enable informed asset planning and management of asset resources.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $9515 p.m. is comprised of:
