We're looking for a Registered Nurse with extensive medical experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for education and high-quality patient care.

Plan, develop, and deliver nursing education programs within the hospital's medical ward.Provide hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to staff, with a focus on graduate nurses and students.Promote evidence-based nursing care and best practices.Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning modules.Assess and evaluate staff competencies in collaboration with the medical ward NUM and the executive team.Selection Criteria Current unrestricted registration with AHPRANational Crime Check within the past 12 monthsCurrent Working with Children's CheckCertificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or working towards it)Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical wardExperience with eLearning platformsExcellent communication skills and computer literacyMust have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).How to Apply
