The opportunity: Our team in Tasmania has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant State Performance Manager to join the team on a Full-Time basis.
The Assistant State Performance Manager is responsible for assisting the State Performance Manager with sales/operational tasks and duties.
The Assistant State Manager is responsible for accomplishing club and regional targets by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Key duties and responsibilities: Understand, implement and support company sales initiatives and programs;Create a culture of integrity, service and high performance within the MSR team;Complete a minimum of 10 documented club visits per week;Fill-in and assist with Membership Services Representative duties and shifts when required;Understand and utilise the membership, sales and debiting systems;Comply with and promote WHS policies and procedures and ensure all hazards and incidents are logged;Recruit, onboard and induct new MSRs;Achieve monthly joiner, net member movement and lead generation targets;Identify areas of improvement for each club and complete training and coaching with MSRs every visit;Complete sales scripting appraisals with MSRs every club visit;Complete and execute local area marketing plans with clubs.To be successful in this role you will have: People and retail management experience;Proven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targets;Exceptional communication and people influencing skills;Ability to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotions;Excellent customer service capability;Ability to motivate others and help them to succeed.In return we offer you: Competitive salary and fun working environment;Car and phone allowance;FREE gym membership to be able to practice what you preachAdditional benefits include anniversary leave days and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards;Access to career opportunities with Asia Pacific's largest diversified fitness group.About Fitness and Lifestyle Group Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is the leading fitness, health, and wellness group in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Australia.
