This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in commercial construction who can drive business initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company's vision and strategic direction.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Vice President or in a similar leadership role.
Strong background in cold storage projects.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Track record of driving successful business initiatives and change management.
Bachelor's degree.
