In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.ROLE SUMMARY:The Admissions Officer at Reddam House is integral to ensuring a welcoming and seamless admissions process for prospective families. This role combines exceptional customer service with organisational expertise to support enrolments, manage communications, and deliver admissions events. The Admissions Officer plays a key part in maintaining Reddam House's reputation and ensuring a strong, diverse student body. This is a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT based in Woollahra.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, students, agents, and feeder schools, providing timely and professional responses via email, phone, and in-person.Guide prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring their questions are answered and fostering a positive impression of Reddam House.Maintain the Admissions Department calendar and coordinate visits and meetings for prospective parents, students, and agents.Accurately input and update application data in the iSAMS system, including offer details, financial records, and contracts.Oversee application deposits and resolve admissions invoice queries.Track and update records for place and scholarship offers, and draft offer letters for the Head of School.Manage agent commission records for enrolled students.Assist the Head of Admissions in planning and executing key admissions events, such as open days, entrance assessments, taster days, exhibitions, and alumni events.Accompany and guide visitors on tours of the school and boarding houses, creating a welcoming and professional experience.Work closely with academic and boarding house staff to schedule meetings with prospective families.Liaise with the Communications Manager to ensure admissions materials are current and available online and in print.Prepare and distribute New Student Welcome Packs, ensuring families have all necessary information.Collaborate with academic and house staff to facilitate smooth onboarding for new students, maintaining a consistent and positive experience.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in admissions, customer service, or a similar administrative role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High proficiency with database systems (e.g., iSAMS) and standard office software.Experience in event coordination is a strong advantage.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESWarm, approachable, and professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.Collaborative and team-oriented, aligning with Reddam House values and culture.QUALIFICATIONSRelevant qualifications in administration, education, or customer service are desirable.Must hold or be eligible for a valid Working with Children Check.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
