Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Footprints Community is a well-regarded not-for-profit provider of community-based services, working in the community for over 30 years.
We specialise in working with older people, those that experience disability, mental illness, as well as those who are at risk of homelessness.
About the role and program As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead a team of marketing and communication specialists to deliver strategic and operational objectives for Footprints Community.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Develop and deliver on the Footprints Community Strategic Marketing Plan that targets and reaches new and existing clients, and new and existing staff.
Manage and lead the marketing team members to develop strategies that promote and position Footprints Services in the Aged Care, Mental Health, and Disability Services.
Lead the planning and delivery of expertly written and presented communication materials and campaigns for a range of Footprints audiences, and monitor and evaluate their outcomes against strategic communication performance targets.
Provide strategic level advice on internal and external stakeholder engagement activities to support and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications channels and implement projects or strategies to improve the user experience.
About you 7+ years in-house experience in tactical and strategy-level marketing.
Tertiary level qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business and/or significant demonstrated experience working with small to medium enterprises.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and communication principles and new technologies, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies, in particular organic and paid social media and website/intranet platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, together with high-level oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience creating a variety of marketing and communication collateral, including brochures, social media content, publications, website copy, reports.
Outcome-focused, with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience managing a team to achieve results, and managing multiple projects and their competing needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing online content and social media accounts.
Current Queensland Class C driver licence.
National NDIS workers screening check or current Yellow Card and Blue Card.
