Civil And Track Technician

The roleReporting to the Civil and Track SupervisorYou will be responsible for civil infrastructure and track maintenance activities for the network.
This will include planned preventive maintenance, inspection, and reactive repairs related to asset failures.
In addition, you will be responding to emergencies, managing points of escalation, and carrying out Asset Inspections to ensure they are fit for service.
There will also be an opportunity to provide input to the testing and commissioning teams and developing training modules and procedures.What you bringIn addition to your certification III in Rail Infrastructure or Mechanical/Civil Trade, your background will include demonstration experience working as a Civil or Track Infrastructure Maintainer.Your high-level problem-solving skills will allow you to manage difficult situations including responding to emergencies and restoring assets after incidents.This will be supported by the ability to carry out asset inspections and undertake fault finding to ensure asset reliability.Equally important is the ability to engage and build effective working relationships both internally and externally.Minimum RequirementsIn return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback.
