ROLE Kennedys is seeking a highly motivated Associate with 2-5 years' PQE to join our established Liability team based in our growing Sydney office.
Working closely with two specialist Partners, Peter Craney & Chris Finn, this is an unique opportunity for a motivated Associate to gain hands-on exposure to predominantly personal injury, public and products liability, property damage and recovery claims, with the potential to be involved in some interesting first party property, marine, and aviation matters, across the liability/insurance practice.

You will join team of highly experienced Special Counsel, Senior Associates & fellow Associates whilst receiving first-class support from our dedicated Paralegals and Legal Secretaries - enabling you to thrive in the fast-paced world of insurance litigation.
CLIENTSThe Liability team in Sydney manage complex claims for domestic and London market insurers across professional indemnity and financialised matters including for Insured accountants, valuers, financial advisers and brokers, property managers and construction professionals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a strong litigator with 2-5 years' PQE in liability, casualty claims or general insuranceYou will possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrate the proven ability to manage your own time with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detailHigh level of professionalism and integrity; displaying the highest standard of professional ethicsFlexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as requiredA natural team player ready to assist and support colleagues where necessarySelf-motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to further your career at KennedysPlease let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.
