Senior Legal Counsel – Investment Manager (Litigation) What's in it for you?
Down to earth and collaborative team Flexible working arrangements – CBD based 9-5 and no billable hours About your new employer: A leading global litigation funder, focused on delivering successful outcomes and long-term client relationships With almost 30 years of experience in commercial litigation funding internationally Dedicated to providing innovative solutions tailored to all sorts of litigious matters About the role: Source and expand funding opportunities (insolvency, commercial disputes and class actions); build strategic relationships Evaluate cases, assess risks, and conduct legal research Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards The ideal candidate: Have completed a Law degree with 7+ years PQE Insolvency, class action and/or commercial litigation experience, preferably working for a mid or top tier firm as well as experience working for or with a litigation funding firm.
Able to work autonomously, well organized with strong project management skills.
